"Great value for money considering that this is one of the prime hotels in Sofia. Beautiful old building. Breakfast buffet was good. I got a nice bottle of champagne as an Expedia royal member."

"La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro che collega bene tutta la citta e anche l'aeroporto. Sempre a 10 minuti a piedi si è al centro della città. L'hotel è silenzioso e la camere comode con bollitore. La moquette a terra però era spesso macchiata e questo è lunico aspetto negativo. Buona la colazione con diversi tipi di alimenti dolci e salati per tutti i gusti. Consiglio la struttura."

"Property has been recently renovated, feels great. Staff great, we’re able to check in us early. Every summer we book this hotel. Walking distance to The Mall. Transportation to airport this year is 10 euro per adult. Over-all great one night stay. "

"Everything about my stay was perfect! It was a nice surprise to have a mini fridge in the room. And the free coffee and filtered water in the lobby was a nice touch. Staff were always friendly, room was super comfortable, wifi was fast and reliable, and location was central and so convenient. Thank you for a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"Very happy with the hotel, this is our 3rd stay. Promptly accommodated my requests. Cleaning and fresh towels (if you wanted) every day, good spa and pool, food was ok, would definitely return. No film channel in English was the only negative."
