"- Air conditioning did not cool - Rooms were too hot - we opened windows - too much traffic noise - cleaniness could have been better - I disagree with 5* rating - the pool had poor ventilation - too much wait at breakfast for refill + I parked my car for 2 hours and they did not charge me + You get a free welcome drink "

"The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff are excellent and willing to assist with all your needs. The location is good but a bit of a walk to the center, an easy walk if you don’t mind walking. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Sofia."
