"Excellent location very easy to get in & out of the city via tram. Apartment was very clean & spacious had everything we needed along with a balcony, staff were fast to respond to any messages I send before arriving & didn’t see anyone when I was there just how I like it! Easy self check-in & out overall a fantastic place at a good price would definitely recommend this place to anyone & hopefully I’ll return one day. Thanks for everything we had a blast what a lovely city to visit ❤️"

"Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!"
