"My buddy described this place as “the kind of hotel you’d take strippers to.” Well needless to say the show we got afterwards was worth it "

"There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed."

"Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"

"The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person."

I am sure its hard with many travelers coming and going in a hotel, this will need to be addressed by the property owner. With that said, the staff and hotel manager were accomodating.
