The housekeepers were exceptional, anytime we needed anything they were very prompt and friendly. As someone who works with the public you have an awesome team here!! I would say the balcony area could use some updates as the air conditioning units do leak quite a bit, however I would stay there again simply because of the staff and location. Great job!"

"We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...
