"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is a great hotel for couples and families. The are located within walking distance from Parliament, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and Westminster Abbey.
