"Hanoi indochine Premium is in heart of old quarters, surrounded with all facilities for shopping, various restaurants, money exchange, Jennie initiated WhatsApp chat after my booking confirmation and was very helpful in advising tours, arranging our shuttle from Airport, rooms are comfortable and nice, breakfast has several options."

"I loved this hotel! The service was amazing, probably the best I have ever had anywhere and I am well traveled. Upon arrival, Ms. Rose greeted us kindly and we were welcomed with a nice welcome drink. What I loved the best is the service from every staff member. They addressed us by our names, we were surprised that everyone remembered and knew our names. We ate breakfast that was included at the restaurant every morning and Mr. Danny and his staff was very welcoming every day. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar that had a great view of the city. And we also used the spa services for nice massages. Our room was very nice and all of the facilities around the hotel was nice. When in Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again and feel like we even made some friends with the staff. Thank you Hotel du Lac Signature for providing us excellent service!"
