"Fantastic location. Outside of the old town with its own vibe. Great restaurants, lovely area to walk but a quick ride to the old quarter. Beautiful large rooms and apartments with a fantastic pool. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Great breakfast. "

"Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"Very nice property with relaxing guest rooms and clean and accommodating, communal area areas such as the kitchen, living room and toilet. The owner takes great pride and his property and upkeep is very good with beautiful architecture. There’s a cute French bakery just around the corner with a barbershop and nail store to match neighboring the bakery. "○スタッフ受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は人20万ドンほどでつけられます。フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルームあると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。"

"Very good hotel in the center of Hanoi. We booked a trip to Halong Bay during our stay (Can really be recomended) and everything went smooth. We have also ordered transport and everything is planned and for a good price. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were kind and helpful. "
