"Cute hotel with charm. It did seem like the bedrooms were a little dark and the bathroom had a bit of a smell, would've loved an ironing board and and iron but other than that the hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was great, withing walking distance of many shops, restaurants and sites."

"The view is amazing, first time in Santiago and loved it definitely sharing this location to others it's perfect"

"Great stay, clean and the onsite restaurant was also great."

"Only stayed there to be attend an event. Rooms are old, linen is very old and they will not let you check in early. There are far better places to stay at base of the mountain."
