We had a lovely stay here, its closely the downtown to go walk around and do some shopping. The hotel has a great restaurant that offers delicious pizza and artisanal beer that's made right on the property. Definitely would stay here again!

Not the luxury hotel it's cracked up to be. Staff pretty disinterested. Pillows, come on seriously ? Lobby and restaurant building is nice. Would recommend other options in Creel especially with the premium you pay to stay there. It's very average.

It was beautiful and serene. Welcoming staff and the food was amazing. They even have their own brewery. Totally exceeded my expectations. I have a 12 year old with Autism and he loved it. My mom is 72 and was able to get around no Problems with her fibromyalgia. Very family friendly and kid friendly. Can’t wait to book our family trip for next year.

Location is a Plus+! Cabin is nice and clean the bed is super Hard like a rock, need comfy beds for sure! The “SPa” is closed lol so not even open to enjoy the Sauna please try to turn on for your guest on site restaurant and a bar that looks good but I didn’t try any very close walking distance to shops , restaurants

The hotel was very nice but pricey in comparison. No WiFi, that was disappointing. They should have complimentary shuttle service to the two mile train-bus stop/town but they charge. Customer service could be better, not very friendly. You are paying for the LOCATION it has amazing views
