"Property itself is good, clean. However the night we arrived there was no parking. There was one spot opened at an electric car charging station. After driving around we parked there, left front desk know and that we'd check back shortly to move car to where a parking spot opened up. The desk person was rude about it and said we'd be towed because what if someone with electric car checked in then that guest would have no parking. I did say but we are guests too, we need to park. "DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE"

"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "
