Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. "This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend."
