"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ruby. We got a basic room, which was small, but served our needs as we were just in it to sleep. I was a little disappointed that there was no tub in the bathroom as I am a bath person, but it was ok. The hotel offers refrigerator and microwave upon request, I am unsure if there is a charge for that or not, but that was unexpected. We didn’t need those things, so no problems with it not being in room. There is laundry for $2.75/load and detergent to buy...

"I absolutely loved my stay here! I could barely hear anything outside/nearby but the walls are a little thin for those really sensitive to noise. It was very clean, nicely remodeled and super cute! I loved having a microwave (hardly ever have one it seems). Staff was so friendly and attentive, and so easy to communicate with! The only real issue we ran into (which they DID warn us ahead of time) was that the back alley was under construction so parking was even more limited and there was noise...

"Beautiful hotel, and spacious room. We had a private bathroom across the hall. There are eating locations an easy walk away. The hotel was noisy as we could hear people on below floor, but night was fine as used white noise devices we brought. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and I got cold at night. But we give it 5 stars because it’s such a nice place. I really liked the easy check-in using text messages. Breakfast had a nice variety."

"This was an amazing property! We rented the three bedroom room that had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was exceptionally cozy and the perfect option for our group. Having laundry in our room was an added bonus. This hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Coeur d'Alene. We parked and walked everywhere needed. The only bummer was that the hotel hot tub was closed when we visited. "

Go to the Ice Creamery for incredible, copious amounts of delicious ice cream. This is considered one scoop (seriously!) and I even got to choose two flavors. (There has to be at least 6 scoops here). I had the huckleberry and also chocolate covered cherry. This was the best on a hot afternoon at Silverwood Theme Park!
