"First I reserved 2 suites, 6 months prior. Call and week before arrival to see if they connected. I was given the room numbers. When we arrived they said someone had given one of our suites to another party but they would give us 2 single rooms. My husband and I had to sleep in separate rooms even though he has health issues, down the hall from each other. The suite was suppose to have 2 couches where the kids would be able to sleep, as shown in the pictures however we were told they hadn't arrived yet. My room window was full of dead flies and the bathroom panel in front of the sink was gone so there was glue all over the board. I tried the TV and couldn't get it to work, my bad I didn't complain about that. However NO compensation for any of the inconveniences. I was told by the assistant manager that the manager hadn't got back to her. I was so discussed with the switch of rooms and not being able to get answers from the manager. I still would like to get some answers."
