"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Probably the nicest airport hotel we have ever stayed in. Super comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, spotless modern bathroom. The lounges and restaurants were superb! Great food, reasonably priced, and the breakfast buffet was the best! Lots of options for breakfast no matter what you like. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only minor disappointment was the in room Tv, which didn’t have many options. But other than that, we had a super overnight stay and the shuttle to the airport was...

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it could have been smoother. We weren’t given the room type we’d booked. It was sorted but trouble not needed. Would recommend not having a garden room as it’s much noisier. Terrace bar was lovely. "
