"Nice property near the center of the pier 39. Big and well-maintained building. Favorable check in (3PM) and checkout (12PM!!!) Very good and reach breakfast comparing to other hotels in the US There were huge lines during checking (3PM) and breakfast (9:00 - 9:30 AM)"

"The staff at this hotel is beyond excellent! There to help you for anything you need, the rooms were spotless and smelled amazing! The buffet is excellent! The location is perfect. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit Santa Cruz in the future. "

"The only issue is you need $200 extra for them to hold onto while you stay on their property. Other than that is was a really great place to stay and cheap. They said they started to implement a $20 amenities fee but I feel like they should add that to the full price of the stay. "
