Northern Black Forest Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Wonderful hotel in gorgeous hillside setting surrounded by vineyards just above the lovely town of Sasbachwalden. Booked hotel to be near Baden-Baden, but really didn't want to leave. The town has wonderful restaurants for dinners and the hotel breakfast was perfect. The enclosed pool is sparkling clean and looks over vineyards. There are showers and a sauna as well. The hotel is absolutley charming and the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in .... and that is saying a lot coming from the queen...

"The hotel is a few kms from the local town and set out in the vineyards with a rolling hill landscape - very pretty. Easy parking - but it will get limited when hotel is busy. Check in was swift and friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor but a lift was available so no problem there. Spacious rooms and big, clean bathroom with both a bath and a shower. "This hotel was awesome. We were only here one night on a trip through the Black Forest, but it was great. It's cute and quaint and quiet. The dinner in the hotel is truly one of the best I have ever had and I've traveled a lot of Europe. The menu is set, but I ate many things I wouldn't normally and loved every one of them. "Great hotel next to the historic casino and high end shopping area. Very nice walkable area with plenty of good restaurants. Bell service and valet parking worked great. "

"Likely one of the best hidden gems in Germany. Exceptional staff and location resulted in a restful and rejuvenating stay. The meals were delicious and prepared with local fresh ingredients. The access to the Black Forest is literally steps away; be it hiking or biking. Few suggestions, 1) book a room on the lake side as the road is a bit loud at night and 2) bring a pillow as the ones provided are very German. 10/10 and will return!"
