"Five stars! We celebrated our anniversary here and had an incredible time. The entire hotel is immaculate and beautiful. The daily breakfast was amazing, featuring fresh food and plenty of options. "I had a lovely stay. First, I was very happy that they allowed me to store my luggage in a locked luggage room upon arrival, since my train got in at 8 am, and I only had one day to explore Strasbourg. Check in went smoothly and my room was ready a bit early, which I was so happy about since this was the height of the unprecedented heat wave. I was pleased to find some complementary beverages and snacks in the room, which with a shower helped me recharge. The room is sufficient to prepare simple meals, as it is equipped with a stove top, microwave, and very basic cooking gear, but not somewhere you should expect to prepare a three coarse meal. The AC worked very well, which was very important to me, and I was pleased that I didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke perfect English, which was essential for me as I know less than 10 words in French. Despite minor aesthetic flaws to the room, I thought it was a good value and very comfortable, including a very comfortable bed."
