"Great location in the park, very spacious room, modern furniture. Some issues with cleanliness (stained bed sheets and bra found behind the armchair) and bathroom facilities (slow bath tub drainage and musty shower curtains). Not an issue, but a microwave would have been nice. Polite and courteous staff."

"Our stay was awesome. The room was quaint, but clean and spacious. My only suggestion to management would be to add a small table for toiletries near the sink. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected. Everything was fresh and yummy! Parking was convenient and the Hotel's location was perfect. We were withing walking distance (5 minutes tops) to everything we wanted to see. The next door restaurant was...

"Im so impressed with this property. I have stayed more than a handful of times and havent had a bad experience yet. Its clean with comfortable beds, friendly staff and this time was exceptional with the larger room and jetted hot tub. The breakfast is hosted and always happy to get anything you need. We had unseasonably warm weather so the pool wasnt ready to go but have stayed when it was and enjoyed that amentity as well. You will see us again. "

"Rooms are spacious. Free parking is available around the property. There is a small fitness room and outdoor patio overlooking the canyon. Friendly staff. Super close to Verde Canyon Railroad and the Tuzigoot National Monument. We booked two rooms. Only concern is that they had not emptied out the trash cans in one room and the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall were nearly empty so we were unable to pump any to use in the other room. Breakfast was fine! "
