"It’s a motel room inside the Grand Canyon. Upon arrival, our sink was dirty and clogged, the bathroom light didn’t work. It was bearable for the one night we stayed. It was taken care off once we reported the situation. They charge a fee to do early check in, which in my opinion is unnecessary. The lady at the front desk was impatient."

"The property is gorgeous; nestled in a red rock canyon. The staff is wonderful but you pay a premium. Be aware of extra charges tacked on in the end; resort fees and such."

"It’s a nice property to get away from the traffic and crowds in downtown. The staff were great and were always willing to help. My only negative experience was the cleanliness of my room. The walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely could use some improvements. Everything else was great! Especially the views of the red rocks!"
