"This hotel was absolutely amazing. I’m not sure why others wrote bad reviews, the rooms are clean, bathroom clean, the whole hotel was super clean, front desk staff was quick, attentive, polite, knowledgeable. Our shuttle to airport was not only on time, but early, and very communicative. The only thing is the breakfast to go for those who miss the buffet - it’s too snacky, better to have fruit, something healthy etc. something of same value the buffet would have been. The bed was great. Everything was great. And to top it off, it was so affordable! For t hi s price, I was biting my nails waiting for the terrible I might be met with, but, it was well priced and excellent place to stay. "

"Great room setup, great executive club breakfast and evening snack and drink. Front desk staff was awesome and Jimmie at concierge /greeter desk was outstanding. Only negative is the bathroom door is a barn slider door that leaves a gap to see into the bathroom, which many hotels have now. "

"There was a wet stain on the carpet by the bathroom that was questionable. The stem room was amazing!"

"We liked the Ipad controls and ability to adjust lighting and curtains. the view from our window, and the cleanliness of our room. We enjoyed the walk on the waterfront. We loved what we were able to see in Seattle and plan to return. Will definitely stay here again! "
