"There was an evening during my stay where there was a false emergency alarm that continued to go off. We received a letter of apology through the night after they were able to get it under control. It was alarming, but outside of that the stay was great. Staff was accommodating, the facilities felt clean, and the room service and dining options were efficient and delicious.
