The staff was wonderful from valet to the front desk to housekeeping. They were also extremely helpful, when I left something in my room after I checked out the staff went up and retrieved it for me. If I find myself back in Cleveland in the future I would stay here again."

"Beautiful building, and some of the staff was very friendly, but it’s expensive, the rooms need refreshing and cleaning. The glass ceiling was leaking, the room service was expensive and not good. "
