"The TV, internet and hot water did not work during my stay. I complained but it took so long for someone to come and try and fix. There was flies in the restaurant "

"This is a lovely clean hotel, with fantastic staff who were friendly and welcoming. A perfect place to stay when your in Kandy. "

"All rooms have a sea view, interrupted only by palm trees. My delux room was huge with a massive bathroom. I loved that you can see the ocean from the shower or bathtub. Spa treatments were lovely. Staff all friendly and hard working. The road outside did not feel very safe after dark. There is a pavement but it is blocked in places by shrubs or parked vans so I had all my meals in the hotel. "

"Clean room , good location, great views over Kandy from our room and the rooftop bar and swimming pool. Great breakfast."

"Loved the 1960’s design. Rooms were gorgeous although we were in Room 133, and we could hear what I thought was the pool pump all night which broke our peaceful sleep. The lakeside setting is wonderful watching all the birds fly in at sunset. Overall wonderful stay and I’d definitely stay again. "

"Nice and clean hotell. Friendly staff and outdoor area was good but a bit small. Did not try the pool but looked good enough. Also liked the location. "

"Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed. "
