Stayed 1 night in August, wish it had been longer. Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, a really nice setting. Food at the restaurant was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool was perfect for unwinding in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Would happily stay again, ideally for longer next time.

My parents were at Raddison and had the most memorable experience at the hotel! The trip was planned for my mums birthday and she had the best time ever! My parents vouched that the food was flavourful and delicious! The small birthday arrangements were extremely thoughtful and special! The rooms were really nice and modern! Thank you so much for remarkable hospitality!

The breakfast was incredible and included two nice fully automated coffee machines, where we could select between different nice coffee creations. The room was nice, simply a good standard with nothing bad to mention. The rooftop pool bar is very expensive. A drafted lion beer (300ml) costs 2,000 lkr, very expensive in comparison to normal prices in Sri Lanka.

The room was very clean and the staff excellent - very helpful and obliging. However, a few maintenance issues have to be addressed. The toilet leaked continously and there were mosquitoes in the room. Also, the electronic key kept failing every 2 days and had to be reactivated

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the city, and also walkable if you prefer. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. The dinner buffet was not bad, though not as impressive as breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay and a hotel we would definitely recommend.

Great hotel, amazing views of Kandy. Great swimming pool, nice breakfast and buffet (although I did have better at other places in Sri Lanka). I had a great time and I would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend it!
