"Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

"The Hotel was situated conveniently close to the event we attended. Whilst the room served its purpose for a one night stay it was not in the best of repair, with a hole in the carpet, coffee stains on the wall, damaged plinth under the shower and no lock on the bathroom door which didn't actually completely close. Paid £8.99 for breakfast which probably was about the right price for what was on offer. We elected for a Full English which in my opinion was missing a few things like mushrooms and...

"Room was ok but had just been taken over so under new management. Beds we had was really uncomfortable and no light bulbs in bedside lights . Very noisey outside and due to being hot had to have windows open. We were moved rooms to more comfortable beds and light bulbs in bedside lights . There is improvement to be done . No coffee making facilities in room or hair dryer . Internet was not reliable . Sometime no chef to get meals but alternative were offered to us . Noisey on weekends due to...
