"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"

We asked for these to be provided once we noticed right after checkin at 5pm and they didn't arrive until after 11:15pm after many emails. Additionally, there were rodents in the unit. No alternative option to correct this issue happened during our stay. When asked for a refund, they offered a laughable $30 and totally dismissed our concerns. The...
