"I was fortunate enough to be able to check in early. I don’t know if this is regular policy, but it was gratefully accepted. The hotel is well situated and easily walkable to Queen Street, the waterfront, Woolworth’s, restaurants, and other places in the CBD."

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable room. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. It’s our first time to NZ, & glad chose this hotel. Convenient location, free parking daily, bed was comfortable, they provided complimentary tea/coffee/chocolate packets, & best part was the they cleaned the room well everyday. Will definitely visit the hotel again. "
