Hotel murah di North Shore

"Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location "

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"While I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel where we stayed, we noted that some of the staff were outstanding others were more aloof and even unfriendly. Room amenities were adequate, but less than we anticipated. The hotel did a good job providing shuttle service which was friendly and appreciated. "

"Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake...

"This "hotel" is completely unacceptable, first and foremost because there was no smoke alarm in the room, only the base attached to the wall where the smoke alarm had been. There were some workmen on the property, I spoke to them then waited 2.5 hours, no smoke alarm. There was also a used razor blade on the shower floor and hair all over the place, but that was not a hazard to life like the lack of a smoke alarm in an old wooden hotel undergoing renovation. "Room was clean and cozy, resorts has lots of pools, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even the rollaway bed we requested was comfortable. Minor drawback was the food options but there are lots of options nearby. Overall very satisfied with the stay."
