"None of the appliances were working well. AC was not working. The shower was slippery and had a dangerous fall as the water was clogged and then drain was choked. The toilet had stains. Very unhygienic. "

"Had to change rooms because tv didn't work. Internet was spotty at best. Have stayed here many times so it was a little disappointing."

"The staff were really great! The hotel itself including the room was very clean. The only thing I could say was uneasy was the location of the pool, where it’s openly exposed to some of the rooms. A one way mirror or shade of some sort would help in the pool area."

"This was our second time staying at the Rockport Inn. We enjoyed this clean, very friendly staff, free breakfast, large room, warm pool and very quiet atmosphere. Nice price! Enjoyed the local restaurants, art class and the Gloucester Elks. We will definitely be back. "

"Great large and renovated room. Loved the parking and location. We weren’t able to use the outdoor spaces due to snow but they looked like they would be fun in warmer months. The room was great for our family of four with two younger kids. We had a nice large bathroom with a tub. Loved having the fridge and dining table. Room was quiet and liked having the upgrades like the smart tv and temperature controls. Could have used instructions for the coffee pot but otherwise everything was perfect. "
