"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place."

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"The self check in was so easy. The room was very big and had a private bathroom, coat closet and multiple seating areas. We met the staff in the morning in the kitchen and she was lovely! The hotel was very quiet for a Saturday night. It was walking distance to our destination. Once we figured out where to park (Back Bay parking garage about 2 blocks away. "Love this traditional B&B. Stayed for two nights for meetings. Breakfast is the highlight and the staff is really helpful. Location is also the best. Love walking around Harvard yard and Harvard square. Will stay again for sure."
