"The hotel front desk is located on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean until we opened the fridge and found smelly leftover food from previous guests. It was taken care of after the front desk was called. This was a 3-night stay; by the 3rd night, we were out of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, even though housekeeping had turned the room over that morning. Apart from these inconveniences, it's a clean and updated hotel."

"We weren’t in our room much but check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Our towels were replaced accordingly and the hairdryer was helpful. The mini fridge was also great. The only complaint is that a new pack of makeup wipes disappeared and were not found anywhere. They were probably discarded which was a bit of a shame. 11 minute walk to the red line, and lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Close to the river."

"Very bad experience for 4 nights two rooms. Staffs are rude and not helpful. Very noisy. Two rooms just beside elevator even though I left note when I booking as I travel with kids and the old. "This place was central to all the places we planned to visit.
You need to go through at least 2 elevators to get up to your room - 3 if you park in the ramp. The 1st set of elevators bring you from the street level to the lobby. Then there’s another set of elevators that take you up to the rooms (these were fast, but when it’s busy, it stops on EVERY floor)
Room was clean and comfortable (a faint bleach smell greeted us every time we returned to our room).
We visited on a very busy weekend...
