"Needs more parking. When I attend the Coaster Theater in Cannon Beach I don’t get back to the hotel till around 10:30-11pm and have to park out on the street."
Astoria Riverwalk Inn

"Outside the property needs a updating. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed keeping our patio door open. I think all the rooms face the water. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Staff was wonderful"
River Inn at Seaside

"Our 3 night stay at the River Inn at Seaside was pretty good. All of the weekday staff were so sweet and have a great sense of humor. They will jump up and hit the electric door button to make it easier to get in and out with your bags. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. The bed is lumpy and thin on wood slats bed frame. The pillows had no support. We ended up going to Fred Meyer in Warrenton to get our own pillows. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, and bike rentals were a nice touch."

"The property is getting some renovations but didn't bother our stay. We got the balcony room so we could watch the ocean as we can't walk much anymore. Had a wonderful stay."

"Great place to stay with lots of amenities - convenient to restaurants, the beach, shopping. Excellent hot breakfast with many options, nice pool and hot tub. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. We really appreciated the patio, screen door and the ocean view from our room! Staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is an excellent value with a convenient location in Lincoln City. We'd definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful grounds in the trees feel like your staying in nature oh yeah you are. Fiepits with comfy chairs. Beautiful flowers all around.Has almost everything you need all in one place. Restaurant,pool,jacuzzi,sauna, coffee shop,walking trails. It really was spectacular. Highly recommend."

"I would’ve given this five stars except for two things. As I was photographing the Night Sky I came back about midnight two nights in a row and there was not one parking space available anywhere on the property or on the street around it. This place needs assigned parking so that when I come back at night and I’m tired there’s a place for me to put my car. The other thing was there was absolutely no shelving in the shower and I had to put everything on the floor. Luckily, I can still bend over but not everybody can. Other than that it was a very nice stay and if they would fix those two things, I would stay here again."
