"It's not a fancy "resort" as the name suggests, but it is just what you need at the beach. The room was clean and spacious. We had a pet-friendly room, and there were lots of "extras" for our dog---stainless steel food and water bowls, two towels for after-beach walks, treats, a blanket, and the couch was covered in a soft, washable cover so we felt good about letting our dog curl up beside us. "We loved the access to the ocean and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing. Our room had adequate amenities, but the only downside was that it smelled so strongly of bleach when we got there that we had headaches all evening. We felt that the room could’ve been a little cleaner and not such a strong use/smell of bleach, but otherwise enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. "

"We had been staying at hotels for most of our trip, traveling up the California/ Oregon coast so it was a welcome break to stay in such a well equipped home. The kitchen had a large variety of spices, sharp knives and pretty much everything one would need to cook up a delicious meal. The bed was quite comfortable, which is very important to me.
