"The toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no soap provided so we had to go out and buy some because the front desk wasn't manned at 7 am. There was a toaster in the lobby which was weird because there wasn't breakfast."

"Great rooftop bar with amazing and friendly bartenders. The front desk gals, not so much. More interested in talking to each other than greeting guests. Felt like intruders. They were efficient but far from welcoming. The hotel is new and nice."
