"We always stay here when visiting Dayton. The price is number one reason. It is so clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Breakfast and amenities are a close second. The food is great and happy hour is an amazing bonus. We can bring our dog which is the greatest thing! Close to so many restaurants and the Walmart! Feel very safe here. Cannot say enough great things ab this place! "

"1st floor rooms would be ideal for those with limited mobility or needing wheelchair friendly bathroom. Reviews seem broken. Stayed April 9 and it was great. Worth it at twice the price and the breakfast was good. With good variety. Grounds were really nice and taken care of Gave 3/5 on staff as they didn't seem to understand the need for bedding on the flip out sofa"
