"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

"Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. Top North Cornwall Hotel Reviews

The Olde Malthouse

10/10 Excellent

"All staff helpful and friendly , clean and well presented room. In room tea/coffee making , plus some nice biscuits. Good breakfast included too."

Port Gaverne Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return."

The Beach at Bude

10/10 Excellent

"Always a wonderful experience when I stay here on business. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are large and airy with everything you need for a one night stay. Breakfast is also delicious. Only downsides are the limited parking and there could be a little more selection on the in room tea and coffee choices such as hot chocolate sachets and herbal tea bags."
