"The hotel was not in the best shape and smelled musty. Therr was no vent in the bathroom causing mold on thr ceiling. No blow dryer. "

"Parking was secure, close to restaurants, and zoo, close enough to downtown, but not too close. "

"The front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Only one elevator was operable and it did not always work effectively. It would go up, but not always come down and you had to wait an extended amount of time if someone wasn’t coming down. Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor so used the stairs. "
