"Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction."

"The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold.
