"Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged."

"The building is an older one so keep that in mind. Stairs creaked etc. The rooms were quite clean IMO. Bathroom was very clean and recently recaulked which is a good sign to me. TV was great which is important to me. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason I would suggest not staying at this location is due to the slamming room doors and the trucks on Route 63. Both were quite loud. I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in but every morning around 6am I heard the doors slamming...

"The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids."

"I love that someone preserved an old building and made it useful. I wish more people would invest into buildings like that. You can unload at the door which was convenient. The parking is toward the end of the building each side. The sports complex was across the street. Lots of natural light on river side. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Back doors at ends of hall only are emergency so the lobby is the only way really in and out. Or through...

"Conditioner dispenser was broke.staff did not have access to conditioner..had to go find a store at 11pm...hair dryer started smoking when we turned it on, a replacement was never given nor were we given any update on if they could get us one..day staff was great..night staff was terrible"
