"The hotel and staff were all very amazing. Especially the 2 Ladies at the front registration desk Saturday, June 14th morning. They helped tremendously to trouble shoot a double booking with Expedia. They helped me to resolve the issue. A very big "Thank you" to those 2 wonderful ladies. "

"This property is really within walking distance to the Taos Plaza, yet the resort offers a shuttle to wherever you want to go! Walked around the large property to view the various ponds some with goldfish, gardens, flowers and landscaping - all so relaxing and beautiful. Tooks plenty of photos! "

"Good location. Nice staff. Room isn’t well thought out in terms of furnishing. Get rid of the enormous dresser, mount the tv on the wall, and put a desk in there so someone might use their computer. "

"We did not have consistent hot water in our room. Sometimes it was just above luke warm temp. Not ideal for showers or baths."
