"We stayed here for a little over two weeks and overall we are very happy with our choice. Priorities were the proximity to UF and the convenience of a spacious room. We appreciated the breakfast selection, which is a bit wider than what we had in other similar 3 star hotels. We would have liked to have a different type of eggs from time to time instead of the same scrambled egg... but again, we stayed here for two weeks. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and accommodating....

"The staff is very attentive, caring and professional, especially Mr. Danley and Mrs. Amarys at the reception, and the lady who served us in the restaurant for breakfast. They regularly checked on our needs and offered help. Even though the hotel is in a construction process, everything is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in the Gainesville area."

"The staff was very polite. I only saw a couple bugs but the shower faucet needs to be replaced. It shoots out everywhere and then leaks into the room a tad. The bathroom door is also messed up because of that and is hard to shut. "

"Just needed an overnight stay while on the road. Found a good rate on Expedia. The local rate was higher, so I completed the Expedia reservation while at the desk. Staff was very friendly and professional; Property looks like recently renovated and very well kept."
