"The hotel and room looked clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows here are awful, I did not get a great night of sleep. Factor that with really poor and rude service. I arrived 20 minutes before check in and the front desk rep was not engaging and welcoming. I wasn’t asked how I could be helped and had to let the rep know I was checking in. I was advised that I would be charged a $25 check in fee. So make sure you check in EXACTLY at 3:00 PM if you book here. I asked the cleaning crew...
