"Very load person blasting TV all night two nights in in a row. He would not answer door or phone when staff attempted to contact. Staff said there was nothing they could do if they did not respond."

"My stay at Staybridge Suites in Ocala was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was another big plus. It is very convenient to major highways, making it easy to get around Ocala and access nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions without spending a lot of time driving. "Absolutely had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. They allow dogs but I had my Great Dane service dog with no issues. They gave her a cute pink and white bandana, a comfy bed and have a beautiful dog park. They also were super nice giving us a room directly across from the dog park gate."

"What a unique stay experience! The Blanche is a self check in property, but it is so well kept. The entrance is so clean and fancy! The hotel room itself was also clean and more like a studio apartment than a hotel, something I absolutely loved. It felt so good to stay in a place that felt more personal than just a regular hotel room. This was by far one of my favorite hotel stays! I would definitely recommend and come back."
