"Allgemein hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt. Allerdings sind die Wohneinheiten etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kaum Steckdosen neben dem Bett und viele Steckdosen sind mittlerweile ausgeleiert. Das Personal war nicht so zuvorkommend, wie wir es von anderen Unterkünften gewohnt sind. Es fehlte bei unserer Ankunft der Kaffee und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die versprochene Hilfe erhielten wir erst nach erneutem Nachfragen 2 Tage später… Positiv für uns war die Lage, der große Pool, die...

"Room was great everything was clean and plenty of room for a family of four. Great location near the Grand Canyon and downtown Williams. The only feedback I’d give is There was some amazing Native American art at the site and it would have been nice if there was some explanation of the art and who did them they were great"

"The room has great potential but could use some maintenance. The window curtain sheers were old and torn. The sheets had some stains. The hot water ran out midway through a short shower. Found a huge brown bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom one night. Complimentary breakfast was ok if you get there right when it starts. Midway through, it was lacking in choices and cold.
