"Our favourite hotel in Auckland. We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. It’s new, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And a big shopping mall not much further. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc that you can sign into with your own account. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, robes and slippers, which come in handy when you go to the spa, pool, and saunas (that’s right, they have 2 types of saunas). "The hot food at the breakfast buffet was only warm - baked beans, scrambled eggs, tomatoes etc and very slow at clearing tables - had to put plates on other table."

"Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching."
