Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Pulau Normandy

"This location is great .. the airport, south beach , e11even (club) are all like 15 mins away; the food options are McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, chipotle, Starbucks are a 1 minute walk; the hotel room is spacious we had 2 queen beds it helps that the bathroom sink:mirror are outside the washroom (shower and toilet) which helps when someone needs to shower and the other needs to do their hair/makeup, the receptionist Nancy was great she handled pressure with ease and professionalism and was...

"Hotel was clean, my room was clean, pool & hot tub was clean. The only thing that I had a problem with is the internet connection with the tv but other than this I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was really great especially the women staff."

"The place needs to be upgraded it is still has older furniture and the bed seems as if it was sunken and or broken on the mattress. The AC was not working properly as the tempo stat was not operational and no where on the unit to make any adjustments. The shower was very old and I would not stay again until the property is upgraded. The breakfast was decent for buffet style. The parking was sufficient for the stay. The room was kept clean but everything is old and out dated."
