All conveniences supplied if you want to be able to do some of your own food, which sometimes you need to do in Raro, as supplies not always easy to get. Highly recommend this wonderful resort."

"My husband and I could not fault The Islander. From the moment we checked in we felt like part of a large family. From the friendly smile and impeccable service from Serena at reception, to the amazing party vibe from Memory in the Hula Bar. To our wonderful friendly wait staff, bar staff, room turn over ladies. WOW JUST WOW. Meals ( breakfast, lunch and dinner were so tasty, fresh and very generous portions. Thanx chefs. Beds super comfy, shower was exceptional pressure. Meitaki Ma'ata Team."

"Liked the location right on the beach to relax but not for swimming as it’s very rocky. Rooms were tidy n serviced well but bathroom was not well maintained with very old fittings.. water flow in the shower was trickling inspite of them fixing it. Breakfast was exact same every day no change at all. Coconut water was never available. Staff was a mix of being courteous and not too polite. Overall was ok."

"We stayed 8 nights at Manuia Resort for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We stayed in a garden room suite, the room was large clean and the bed was super comfy! The small details are what stood out to us, there was insect repellent (which we forgot), umbrellas which we didn’t even think of, the Nespresso machine made a beautiful coffee and once we had checked out we were still allowed to use all the facilities until our flight later in the afternoon. Happy hour from 12pm-6pm was an absolute treat the $30 beer jug was one of our go too’s. Shout out to Jay from the OTB restaurant he’s an absolute legend and went the extra mile for us! One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the fire show on the Sunday, it pays to book a few days in advance. The show is at the resort which makes things super easy and the buffet bbq was one of the best meals we had. If you can though ask to be seated close to the windows as we got seated close to the bar and had the rest of the punters lined up to get their food around us while we ate. All in all our stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back."

"The room was clean staff lovely and the swimming pool with spa pools was so nice l loved how its so close to town supermarket restaurants airport quiet at night as its away from the busy roads lots of roosters crowing in the area which gives it a country touch it had everything in our villa microwave stove oven Dishwasher washing machine and drier and we used the outdoor Weber BBQ we will stay again if we ever go to Rarotonga again"
