選択肢が無く喫煙室でしたが、匂いがひどい、バスルームも汚く一部破損、エアコン故障中などあげればキリが無い程のホテルでした。祝日前の当日予約の為、最終的に残っていたホテルがココで諦めがつきますが、値段的には5000円クラスですね。10000円以上出す価値は無いです

エアコン更新工事していましたが、既存エアコンのフィルターがかなり目詰まりしていて風量が全くありませんでした。その為、エアコンの効きが悪くやや不快でした。 この管理ではエアコンを新しくしたところで管理の不届は目に見えています。 古い施設をいろいろな方面でカバーしている努力が見えますが、エアコンフィルター程度は古くても、更新間近だとしても頑張って行って欲しいと思いました。

少し固めのお布団で、腰に優しい

お布団とまくらが相性良かったです！ 低料金のホテルですと、寝心地が悪く腰に負担が掛かりやすい事が多いですがそんな事は有りませんでした。

接客が良くてもホテルが古すぎて・・・

フロントさんの接客などは良いのですが、いかんせん、ホテルの設備等が古すぎて昭和感が漂っています。 壁紙の剥がれ、客室内の壁角に物当てによる凹み、年数経過による壁紙のシミ。 安かろう悪かろうにしても少しひどいかなと。 オーナー、支配人はせめて壁紙の張り替えぐらいは検討したほうがいいかと思います。

数年ぶりに泊まって見ましたが、料金や利便性の観点で厳しそうです。フロントの方の対応もバブル期の不快な感じを残したものでした。お風呂の時間の問題などもあります。コロナの中朝食バイキングはありがたかったです。7000円なら事前購入の日航と同じ値段なので、次回から浮気せず日航に戻ります。

特に出張向けのホテル

新潟駅からすぐ近くでとても便利な立地です。南口には好きな飲み屋もあるので重宝してます。 部屋は年季がはいってますが、清掃が行き届いています。シングルなので狭さは気になりませんでしたが、コンセントがあと一箇所あれば最高でした。 二階には大浴場及び休憩コーナーがあり、漫画も3000冊ほどある為、非常にゆったりして過ごせます。

outdated hotel

Facility is out dated, furniture and bathroom have no cleanliness, cheapest hotel in this area but worth to pay extra to stay other hotels. They have public bath in facility but close odd time, could not use it, very inconvenience. Didn’t try breakfast, just fine to have place to sleep at night, get up as early in morning to get out. I won’t stay here again.
