"The room was very clean and functional. Beds were good although mattress was a bit soft. Mirrors were great with their lighting and heating. Having a fridge was very helpful. Parking was perfect, and only a short walk to Fallsview casino. Overall, this accommodation was an excellent value for a clean room and good location."

I honestly don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate in this condition. The walls were covered in years of built-up grime and dirt. "We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."
