"Excellent breakfast! Lots of nice choices (YUMMY Cinnamon bun) and good coffee. Staff kept items refreshed. Lovely and comfy room and room darkening shade was welcomed!!"

"Nice and clean place. Right at the ramp to QEW highway so very easy to go from there to either Nijagara-On-the-Lake or to Nijagara Falls. Excellent place for smokers."

"No surprises at Residence & Conference Centre, you get what you pay for ! Perfect for budget oriented travellers : staff is very professional and knowledgeable, property is clean and your basics are covered. The room could handled some cosmetic renovations though this was our second time staying at RCC and next time around we will still book there. Thank you to Zoé who greeted us in such a manner that you reaaly feel welcomed."

"The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member."
